Our CSR’s will answer your call in a courteous manner and take all the information required to get our technicians to your location. They will place you in a database that will allow us to track your history with us so that we will be able to assist you more effectively. Your call will be dispatched to the technicians out in the field through radio communications.

Service Professionals
Our Service Professionals are fully and professionally trained. They come to your premises in fully stocked trucks that carry thousands of parts so that we can service your needs immediately. They give you the “Red Carpet Treatment” and wear shoe protectors over their boots to protect your carpets. They work with drop cloths and clean up any mess when they are done.

Our service professionals wear full uniforms that have our company name as well as the service professional’s name so that you know who we are when we arrive at your door.

Trucks
Our trucks are well identified so that you know who we are when we arrive at your door. They are fully stocked with thousands of parts and literally are roaming warehouses. They have every tool imaginable to assist in getting the job done right and in a timely manner. Our trucks are always kept clean inside and out to represent you the high standards that we at My Fixit Guy maintain.

Up Front pricing
With our “Up Front Pricing” you know what the job will cost before any work is done. Our service professional not only takes the amount from our menu pricing guide, but he also shows you where he found the amount for that task. Not until you, the customer, accepts that amount will any work be done. This is not an estimate, but an actual cost to perform the service needed so there will be no surprises at the end of the job.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
With My Fixit Guy, customer satisfaction is guaranteed 100%. If a customer is not completely satisfied with an installation or repair, we will do whatever it takes to satisfy that customer and then and only then will we take payment for our services.

At My Fixit Guy, Inc. we believe that any work done in your home or business should be done right and done right the first time. That is why only My Fixit Guy, Inc. guarantees our workmanship for life. What that means to you is that if the work that we perform fails at anytime and we determine that it is due to improper workmanship then we will gladly repair the issue at absolutely no cost to you. We also guarantee all parts for a minimum of one year after the original installation date.
